Marketing Manager
Luxury Womenswear | Confidential Opportunity
Bloom Search is partnering with an established luxury womenswear brand to appoint an experienced Marketing Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and hands-on marketer to deliver integrated campaigns that strengthen brand awareness, engage the global luxury consumer and support commercial growth across digital, e-commerce, retail and wholesale channels.
Reporting to the Brand & Communications Director, the Marketing Manager will translate the wider brand vision into clear, beautifully executed and commercially effective marketing activity.
The Role
- Develop and deliver the seasonal marketing calendar across brand, digital, e-commerce, retail and wholesale channels.
- Plan and execute integrated global campaigns around collections, launches, collaborations, events and key commercial moments.
- Translate the creative vision into clear marketing briefs, channel plans and measurable objectives.
- Partner with Creative, PR, Social, E-commerce, CRM, Retail and Wholesale teams to ensure campaigns are aligned and delivered consistently.
- Manage campaign timelines, budgets, deliverables and approvals from initial briefing through to launch.
- Oversee the production and delivery of marketing assets across paid, owned and partner channels.
- Support the development of customer acquisition, retention and engagement strategies.
- Work closely with Digital and E-commerce teams to optimise online campaigns, product launches and trading moments.
- Coordinate retail marketing activity, including store launches, client events, partnerships and in-store experiences.
- Develop marketing toolkits and assets for international wholesale partners.
- Manage relationships with agencies, freelancers and external suppliers.
- Monitor competitor activity, consumer behaviour and wider luxury-market trends.
- Track campaign performance and provide clear reporting, insights and recommendations.
- Ensure all marketing activity reflects the brand’s positioning, tone of voice and visual identity.

The Candidate
- Strong marketing experience gained within luxury fashion, ideally luxury womenswear.
- Experience planning and delivering integrated, multichannel marketing campaigns.
- A strong understanding of the luxury consumer and global fashion landscape.
- Commercially minded, with the ability to connect brand activity to customer engagement and business performance.
- Experience working across digital, e-commerce, retail, wholesale, CRM and social channels.
- Confident managing campaign calendars, budgets, agencies and multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent project-management and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a creative, entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment.
- Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on campaign delivery.
- A collaborative communicator who can build strong relationships across creative and commercial teams.
- Analytically minded and confident using campaign data to shape future activity.
- Passionate about luxury fashion, culture, storytelling and the customer experience.
