We are seeking a superstar Marketing Manager to join our bold media agency in the heart of London. Reporting to one of the directors, the role is an exciting position for someone who is keen to join a fast-moving and hands on role taking responsibility for an entirely new department, working alongside existing partners.

The Role

This is a broad role across Marketing and will take responsibility for all aspects of the business.

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day marketing, lead generation, budget and branding within our growing media agency.

You will be a natural communicator and will be an innovative thinker, looking to improve on current processes and think outside the box. We want a self-starter who thinks strategically and clearly about how to best achieve goals within the business and grow the department.

We are looking particularly for someone who:

  • 5+ Years working within Marketing either agency or client side
  • Is highly analytical, commercially minded and focused on measurable results.
  • Has strong technical knowledge and is comfortable with tracking, analytics, and marketing systems.
  • Can balance performance marketing with strong content and brand judgement.
  • Is proactive, organised, and comfortable managing multiple channels and suppliers.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Good Excel and general IT skills
  • Experience with Odoo would be advantageous

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years’ Marketing experience
  • Experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads and LinkedIn Ads
  • Experience planning and managing email campaigns
  • Good working knowledge of SEO and website optimisation
  • Experience in analysing existing cross-channel performance and making company wide changes
  • Experience managing agencies, developers or other external partners

You will

  • Own and improve day-to-day marketing performance.
  • Oversee Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, SEO, and email marketing.
  • Monitor lead generation, campaign performance, budgets, conversion, and ROI.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve campaigns and landing pages.
  • Oversee the launch and ongoing development of the Company website.
  • Maintain consistent brand standards across marketing activity.
  • Ensure analytics, tracking, attribution, and reporting are accurate.
