We are looking for an exceptional Marketing Manager to join our ambitious and friendly Marketing and Admissions team at Farnborough Hill from September 2026 or as soon as possible thereafter.
You will play a key role in shaping how one of Hampshire's leading independent girls' schools is seen by prospective families and the wider community. Working closely with the Director of Admissions and Marketing, you'll combine creativity with strategic thinking and use your professional insight and storytelling skills to build our reputation, strengthen pupil recruitment and community relationships and help celebrate everything that makes Farnborough Hill distinctive.

You'll have the opportunity to influence and deliver projects across admissions, digital marketing, events, public relations, partnerships, and brand development.
Role Details
- Type: Full-time, term time only plus Inset days role, plus four weeks in the school holidays
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 4.30 pm including a one-hour unpaid lunch break
- Additional: Attendance at events which fall outside of normal working hours and may require occasional local travel
Salary
Competitive, in the range £32,000 to £35,000, dependent upon qualifications and experience.
