Marketing Manager
Salary: Up to £55,000 + benefits
Location: Manchester (4 days in office)
We are recruiting on behalf of an ambitious, growing consumer brand looking to appoint a commercially focused Marketing Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, taking ownership of marketing performance and helping shape the future direction of an expanding business. The role offers genuine scope to influence growth, develop a marketing function and progress into a senior leadership position.
The Marketing Manager will lead the marketing function, driving commercial performance, managing a talented team and delivering campaigns that generate measurable business growth.

The Marketing Manager will:
- Take ownership of marketing performance, driving commercial growth across digital channels.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results.
- Lead, motivate and develop the marketing team while ensuring projects are delivered on time.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to shape marketing strategy and business objectives.
- Manage external suppliers and partners where specialist support is required.
The role requires:
- Proven experience in a commercially focused marketing leadership role.
- Strong digital marketing knowledge.
- Experience using data and insight to improve campaign performance and customer engagement.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the confidence to lead by example.
