Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s business activities and drive engagement.
- Brand Development and Coordination: Oversee the development and management of the CONDUCTR brand, ensuring consistency and coherence across all marketing channels and materials.
- Digital Content Creation and Editing: Produce and edit high-quality digital content that aligns with our brand’s mission and vision. This includes but is not limited to videos, blog posts, social media content, and email marketing campaigns.
- Event Marketing Support: Plan and execute marketing campaigns for a variety of events, including product launches and participation in industry exhibitions, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities and understand industry trends, using insights to inform marketing strategies and product development.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure marketing objectives are achieved. This includes coordinating with design teams, digital marketers, and content creators.
- Global Marketing Initiatives: Be willing and prepared to travel globally to support marketing initiatives, engage with audiences, and gain insights into market trends.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse marketing performance using key metrics, and adjust strategies as necessary to improve outcomes.

You should have
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- At least 3 years’ experience in marketing management, with a portfolio that demonstrates expertise.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel globally as required by the company.
- Creative thinker with a passion for technology and innovation in the context of immersive and interactive experiences.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
