Marketing Manager

£40,000–£43,000 per annum
London | Hybrid – one office day per week, on Mondays
Full-time | Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm

Bring compelling stories to life and create campaigns that inspire people to make a difference.

We are working with a well-established international charity supporting the welfare of its beneficiaries to recruit a Marketing Manager for a newly created role.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, organised marketer who enjoys taking campaigns from initial idea through to delivery. Your work will help raise awareness, engage supporters and generate donations that fund vital welfare services around the world.

Joining a friendly, collaborative Development Team and reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will work across integrated campaigns, digital content, video storytelling, publications and event marketing.

The role

You will take ownership of a varied portfolio of marketing projects, including:

  • Planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns that support fundraising, awareness and engagement.
  • Creating campaign plans, messaging and creative briefs, keeping projects on schedule and aligned with the charity’s brand.
  • Coordinating video production, working with colleagues and external suppliers to tell powerful stories about the charity’s impact.
  • Managing the production of publications, impact reports, campaign materials and event collateral.
  • Coordinating website content, campaign landing pages, email marketing, e-newsletters and social media content.
  • Briefing designers, printers and other suppliers, ensuring high-quality materials are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Measuring campaign performance and using insights to improve future activity.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
