Marketing Manager
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Having experience in a recruitment or sales environment is beneficial but not essential.
Full-time and part-time option available.
Responsibilities
- Social Media & LinkedIn: Own and manage Sowena’s LinkedIn presence, including content creation, scheduling, engagement and analytics.
- Events: Plan and deliver company events, from venue sourcing and invitations through to content creation and follow-up.
- Website: Manage and maintain website content, including uploading jobs, blogs and managing page updates, while identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Awards: Identify relevant awards, manage submissions and support with presentations and interview preparation.
- Relationships & Partnerships: Build relationships with relevant contacts across our network and identify opportunities for partnerships, collaborations and business growth.
- Merchandise & Brand Assets: Manage marketing merchandise and event materials, ensuring stock levels and branded assets are kept up to date.
- Internal Events: Organise company socials and internal events, including venue research, costs and logistics.
- Marketing Materials: Keep brochures, presentations and other marketing collateral up to date, while identifying new promotional opportunities.
- Presentations & Reporting: Prepare marketing presentations and reports, including social media analytics and performance insights.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years' experience in marketing
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
