Marketing Manager
We are looking for an experienced and commercially focused Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function at Moddershall Oaks Country Spa Retreat.
This is a hands-on role for an established marketing professional who understands how effective marketing contributes to business performance. You will take ownership of our marketing strategy and plans, using data, customer insight and creativity to drive demand, increase bookings and revenue, and maximise return on marketing investment.
Working closely with our Directors and managers, and supported by a Digital & Content Marketing Assistant, you will oversee marketing activity across the business and ensure our brand continues to stand out in a competitive market.

About you:
You will have significant marketing experience, including experience at Marketing Manager level or equivalent, with a strong commercial mindset and a track record of delivering measurable results. You will be creative, analytical and confident taking ownership of a marketing function, while remaining hands-on when required.
Hours:
- 40 per week
- Shifts: Monday-Friday, 0830-1700 (some flexibility may be required to attend events)
Salary:
- circa £45,000, based on experience
