Lead Marketer (Growth, B2B)

As the lead marketer for Re:course AI (Growth, B2B), you will build and execute the strategy to drive rapid growth of B2B customer accounts. You will be able to set up detailed campaigns and equally are able to assess the bigger picture. You will know how to lead, communicate, influence, and exhibit good judgment to tailor messages across different stakeholders and levels. The business are looking for a proven B2B marketer with excellent communication skills who has demonstrated proven success in implementing innovative and traditional campaigns across the broad spectrum of the present-day marketing channels, with the capability to drive both day-to-day execution and the strategic vision of the organisation working closely with the leadership team and cross functionally to deliver results.

What you'll be doing

  • Responsible for executing the company’s growth strategy, taking full ownership across email and content marketing, events marketing (webinars, conferences etc.), social media, and PR
  • Help build and drive efficiency and effectiveness of the customer funnel by setting the roadmap and through constant testing. This will require you to collaborate cross-functionally with different teams on opportunities to drive growth. Additionally, you will own setting key performance targets (e.g. new leads, retention), forecasting and reporting on results.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure content cadence aligns with sales cycles
  • Identifying the right channels and platforms that maximise engagement with our target life science audience

Required Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS marketing role
  • Experience working across the full B2B marketing funnel, both lead generation and retention (customer acquisition, conversion and engagement)
  • Focus on performance-based growth marketing, with experience executing account-based marketing plans
  • Experience with marketing automation software
  • Strong communication and writing skills

Preferred Experience

  • Track record in B2B lead generation in healthcare or life sciences
  • Experience in early stage start-up/scale-up businesses
  • Experience working with creative teams, including creative brief development
