ABOUT POSITIVE LUXURY
Positive Luxury works exclusively with the global luxury industry to turn sustainability into competitive advantage. We help brands meet higher standards for people, nature, and business through ESG+ assessment, Butterfly Mark certification, advisory, and communication services – building trust through proof, not promises.
ROLE SUMMARY
We are looking for a creative, commercially minded Marketing Manager to deliver all B2B, B2C, and B2B2C marketing and creative activity across the business. From website and social media to advertising, events, and campaigns, you will ensure every touchpoint communicates with clarity, consistency, and creativity – strengthening the Positive Luxury brand and amplifying the reach and value of the Butterfly Mark.
Working closely with the Marketing Director/Chief of Staff, you will help develop and deliver our acquisition, retention, and awareness strategy – driving new client leads, building long-term client advocacy, and growing consumer recognition of the Butterfly Mark.
The role plays a pivotal part in empowering luxury clients to communicate their sustainability journey confidently and credibly. As their key marketing contact, you will provide guidance, coaching, and best-practice resources that help clients integrate the Butterfly Mark across all stakeholder touchpoints, while ensuring communications are free from greenwashing and uphold the highest standards of transparency and trust.
This is a role that balances strategy, creativity, and performance-driven execution: you will be brand guardian, creative lead, and marketing coach – delivering measurable impact through content, campaigns, and client advocacy, while managing and developing the Marketing Officer.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Work closely with the Growth, Client Success, and Sustainability teams to ensure joined-up delivery across the client journey

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
