Marketing Manager – Campaigns, Community & Social | Proof of Talk
Create campaigns people actually want to talk about.
Proof of Talk is a global event platform at the intersection of capital, technology, AI and digital assets, with editions at the Louvre Palace in Paris and Louvre Abu Dhabi.
Our philosophy is simple:
Small rooms. Big decisions.
We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to help turn our strategy into campaigns that create attention, conversation and qualified demand.
This is not a role for someone who only schedules posts.
You will own campaigns across social media, email, community and digital marketing from idea through execution and measurement.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns around speakers, partners, agenda topics and major event moments
- Manage Proof of Talk's social channels, including LinkedIn and X
- Build social campaigns that generate conversation, reach and qualified traffic
- Own the content calendar and coordinate copy, design, video and distribution
- Develop and run email and newsletter campaigns
- Segment audiences and improve email engagement, conversion and lifecycle communication
- Manage and grow our community across relevant channels and ecosystems
- Work with community partners, speakers and partners to extend campaign reach
- Turn major announcements into coordinated multi-channel campaigns
- Develop creative campaign concepts rather than simply publishing individual posts
- Coordinate closely with design, PR, partnerships, sales and speaker teams
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve based on data
- Support live marketing and content during Proof of Talk events
- Help turn event content into post-event campaigns, clips, stories and ongoing audience growth

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Your very own career expert that helps elevate your application to the next level.
Event marketing experience is a strong advantage, because marketing an event requires a different rhythm: building anticipation, activating speakers and partners, converting audiences and then operating at high speed during event week.
You're Probably a Fit If
You are someone who can look at:
“We just confirmed an exceptional speaker.”
and think beyond:
“Let's make a LinkedIn graphic.”
You think:
What's the story? What's the hook? Who should publish first? How do we activate their network? What goes to email? What does the community do? Can PR amplify it? How do we measure whether it actually worked?
That's the mindset we're looking for.
Why Proof of Talk?
You'll work on an international brand across Paris and Abu Dhabi, directly alongside a small team where ideas can become live campaigns quickly.
Your work will be seen by founders, investors, institutions and leaders across technology, AI, finance and digital assets.
You won't just contribute to campaigns.
You'll own them.
