A bit about the role
As Marketing Manager, you will develop and deliver marketing campaigns that grow LegalTechTalk Europe’s audience, drive registrations and keep our community engaged throughout the year.
With a strong focus on copywriting and digital marketing, you’ll take ownership of campaign emails, website content and landing pages, whilst supporting wider marketing activity. You’ll bring fresh ideas and execute them end to end, from shaping the concept and audience messaging through to building, launching, measuring and refining the campaign.

Working closely with the marketing team, you’ll align campaigns across channels and ensure each communication has a clear purpose. You’ll need practical experience working with websites and the marketing capabilities of CRM platforms, alongside an understanding of how to assess campaign performance, identify opportunities and test improvements.
This is a hands-on role for a creative, curious and confident writer who enjoys making things happen. You’ll join a fast-paced, collaborative team where initiative, clear communication and a willingness to learn are essential.
As part of your job, you’ll:
- Work with the Head of Marketing to develop campaigns that support audience growth, event registrations and wider marketing objectives.
- Bring fresh ideas and take ownership from initial concept through to delivery and evaluation, managing briefs, timelines, assets and approvals.
- Plan activity across the full prospect, delegate and attendee journey, from awareness and consideration through to registration, attendance and post-event engagement.
- Work closely with the Social Media & Content Executive to align campaign plans, messaging and timings across digital channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies where relevant to incorporate key announcements, initiatives and audience priorities into campaigns.
- Support wider marketing initiatives and event activity, adapting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Write compelling copy for emails, websites, landing pages, digital advertising and other marketing materials, adapting tone and calls to action for different audience segments.
- Develop campaign concepts, headlines and visuals, creating email banners, website graphics and digital assets using Canva or similar tools.
- Turn event features, speaker announcements, agenda topics and industry developments into clear reasons to engage and attend.
- Maintain accuracy, clarity and brand consistency across copy and creative, tailoring assets to different channels and formats.
- Set clear campaign objectives and use CRM, email and website reporting to assess engagement, registrations and conversion.
- Identify where messaging, targeting or user journeys could improve, working with the Marketing Automation Manager to understand performance across audience segments.
- Plan and evaluate tests across subject lines, copy, visuals, landing pages and calls to action, applying findings to future campaigns.
- Apply an understanding of SEO/ GEO and website conversion optimisation to improve campaign performance, sharing results, practical recommendations and fresh ideas with the Head of Marketing and wider team.

Here’s what we’re looking for from you:
The ideal candidate will be an excellent writer with a creative mind and a strong grounding in core marketing principles. They will understand how audience needs, segmentation, positioning and clear messaging work together to make campaigns effective.
We’re seeking a hands-on marketer who can take an idea and deliver it end to end. They will have practical experience building emails and landing pages, creating digital campaign assets and using CRM marketing tools, with the confidence to assess whether a campaign is working, identify what needs attention and decide what to test next.
They will be a strong communicator and collaborative team player who builds positive working relationships, welcomes feedback and takes ownership of their work. Our environment moves quickly, so they’ll need to be organised, adaptable and proactive, with the ambition to keep learning and grow alongside the business.
