The Company
We’re partnering with a highly regarded international creative business based in central Bristol. Working across an impressive portfolio of global projects.
This is a small, passionate and highly creative team with an international client base and a reputation for delivering distinctive, carefully considered work. They are now looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to strengthen their brand, increase their global visibility and generate qualified commercial opportunities.
The Role
This is a hands-on Marketing Manager position with ownership of the company’s international marketing strategy. You’ll be responsible for developing and delivering an organic marketing approach that builds brand awareness, strengthens the company's reputation and supports long-term business growth.
- Lead activity across SEO, content, PR, brand, website development, email marketing and strategic partnerships
- A major focus will be improving organic search visibility, creating high-quality content and positioning the business as an authority within the international markets
- Alongside strategy, you’ll be comfortable delivering the work yourself
- This will include managing the Wix website, producing brochures and presentations through Adobe Creative Suite, developing PR opportunities and supporting business development through LinkedIn, Mailchimp and the CRM
- You’ll also build relationships with journalists, editors and industry partners while identifying opportunities for events, speaking engagements and strategic collaborations

Skills & Experience
- You’ll have professional marketing experience, with a proven track record of developing and delivering a successful company-wide marketing strategy
- You’ll have strong SEO experience, including keyword strategy, content optimisation, performance analysis and working effectively with external SEO specialists
- You’ll be able to demonstrate successful PR activity and experience developing relationships with journalists, editors and relevant industry organisations
- You’ll bring high-level brand experience, with the ability to protect and develop a premium visual identity across multiple touchpoints
- You’ll be an excellent and eloquent writer, with the ability to create engaging, authoritative content for a sophisticated international audience
- A strong eye for design is essential, ideally alongside practical experience using Adobe Creative Suite and managing or developing websites
- A degree or master’s qualification would be beneficial but not essential
- You’ll ideally have experience managing and working with external specialists or agencies
- Above all, you’ll be creative, culturally aware and genuinely passionate
