Description
Experience & Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in brand marketing, social media, or communications, ideally within high-growth CPG, consumer, or culturally relevant social-first brands.
- FMCG experience is a must
- Demonstrated experience leading integrated 360 campaigns across multiple channels such as creative, PR, influencer, social, partnerships, media, shopper, digital, and sampling.
- Experience in field marketing and sampling strategies, including successfully driving product trial initiatives and enhancing product visibility at retail locations.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset with strong initiative and problem-solving skills, comfortable operating in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Integrated Campaign Leadership: Spearhead the deployment of through-the-line brand activations and marketing campaigns, collaborating with internal teams (brand, field, digital, customer, finance, supply) with a focus on social media management to drive relevance, awareness, and engagement.
- Digital & Social Media Ownership: Own the brand’s digital presence by creating and curating a locally relevant content calendar for social channels like TikTok and Instagram; manage local social content creative agency. Create a strong community of brand loyalists by engaging through strategic community management, ensuring a timely and with the right brand tone of voice.
- Partnership & Agency Management: Lead relationships with key agency partners (social, media, PR, field marketing) and source strategic influencer and brand collaborations to generate hype and maximize campaign impact.
- Media & Performance: Drive the media planning and investment deployment, defining KPIs and implementing a test-and-learn agenda to achieve awareness goals. Continuously track and analyse activation performance to optimize future campaigns.
- Strategic Sampling: Develop and oversee the brand's sampling plans in line with the ‘perfect city’ approach, managing the budget, execution, and partner relationships to effectively drive product trial.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the EMEA marketing team to align on digital brand-building initiatives and execute brand plans
