We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Marketing Manager – Strategic Accounts & Distributors to lead the delivery of brand strategy across key European accounts and distributor markets.

Location: Milton Keynes (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £55,000

Industry requirement: Candidates must have previous marketing experience within fashion, sports, footwear, or clothing brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend key account sell-in meetings alongside sales teams to support seasonal storytelling and product launches.
  • Create and maintain annual product and marketing roadmaps for strategic accounts, aligning marketing activity with brand strategy and commercial objectives.
  • Plan and execute seasonal campaigns focused on digital visibility, engagement, and conversion.
  • Maintain account marketing calendars covering key products, content plans, activation moments.

  • Degree in Marketing.
  • 7+ years marketing experience within a sports, fashion, footwear, or clothing brand environment.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy, commercial planning, and brand activation.
  • Passion for sports, culture, lifestyle, and consumer marketing.
  • Creative, proactive, and confident taking ownership of projects.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
