Are you a commercially driven Global Marketing Manager ready to take ownership of international marketing and influence the next stage of a business's growth?

Get Recruited is partnering with an established global organisation investing in its brand, products and international presence. As Global Marketing Manager, you'll shape the marketing strategy, lead international product launches and deliver campaigns that turn awareness into commercial opportunities.

This is an opportunity to combine strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, working closely with Sales, Product and regional teams to bring your plans to life.

THE GLOBAL MARKETING MANAGER ROLE:

  • Own and deliver the international marketing strategy, aligning activity with the business's growth ambitions.
  • Develop targeted marketing plans across multiple regions and customer markets.
  • Lead integrated campaigns across digital, content, brand, communications and demand generation.
  • Shape product positioning and manage international launches.
  • Build a consistent global brand while tailoring campaigns to local audiences.
  • Partner with Sales to generate opportunities, support customer acquisition and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Use performance data and market insight to refine activity and demonstrate ROI.
  • Manage marketing budgets, agencies and external partners.
  • Present campaign results and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Help shape and develop the marketing function as the business grows.

ABOUT YOU:

  • Experience delivering international marketing or managing activity across multiple regional markets.
  • A track record of turning marketing strategy into measurable commercial results.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, brand development, content and demand generation.
  • Experience delivering integrated campaigns and product launches.
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and bringing teams together.
  • A hands-on approach, with the ability to balance longer-term plans with day-to-day delivery.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to guide decisions and improve performance.
