Elior Support Services – The People Behind Every Plate
Every great meal starts somewhere. Not just in our kitchens, but in the teams that support them.
Whether you're driving strategy, managing risk, building brands, supporting our people, or keeping our business running smoothly, your work helps create the conditions for great food and exceptional service.
You may not be on the frontline. But your influence will be felt in every dish served, every contract won and every guest experience we create.
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join our Healthcare team, supporting marketing activity across our care, hospitals, retirement living and extra care services.
Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you’ll deliver campaigns, content and communications that build brand awareness, engage with clients and support new business and contract retention.
This is a field-based role, with regular travel across the UK to visit healthcare sites. There will also be occasional team meetings at our offices, primarily in Macclesfield and sometimes London, as well as close collaboration with our Design team based in Macclesfield.
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday | 37.5 hours per week | Field Based
Salary: £40,000
Job ID: 8051
What you’ll be serving up…
- Supporting the Healthcare marketing strategy and delivering engaging multi-channel campaigns.
- Creating content across websites, social media, email, case studies, presentations and marketing materials.
- Working closely with Bid, Sales, Culinary and Operations teams to support new business, client engagement and retention.
- Coordinating marketing activity for events, conferences, client meetings and tenders.
- Monitoring campaign performance and using insights to improve activity.
- Overseeing external agencies and suppliers, alongside marketing plans, content calendars and budgets.
- Keeping up to date with healthcare trends, customer needs and competitor activity.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
