GROUP HEAD OF MARKETING | GLOBAL MEDTECH
Access to South London x 2/3 days per week
A role for a marketing leader who wants to make a real impact.
I’m working on an exciting, confidential opportunity for an experienced marketing leader to take ownership of a global marketing function within an international medical technology business.
This isn’t a role where you’ll simply inherit a marketing plan and manage the day-to-day.
You’ll have the opportunity to shape the strategy, influence product development, build market positioning, lead a team and directly support international commercial growth.
If you’re a marketer who thrives on global growth, product innovation, go-to-market strategy, leadership and commercial impact, this could be one worth exploring.
Base salary £70000-80000k
Company bonus and benefits.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As Group Head of Marketing, you’ll sit at the heart of the commercial and product strategy.
You’ll work closely with senior leadership, Product Management, Sales and Clinical teams to answer some important questions:
- How do we position our products?
- How do we differentiate in competitive markets?
- How do we successfully launch new products globally?
- How do we turn customer insight into better marketing and better products?
- How do we strengthen our brand and market presence?
You’ll then have the responsibility and autonomy to turn those answers into action.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
