Marketing Manager
Create the Story. Drive the Demand. Shape the Brand.
Location: Flexible within the UK, with occasional travel across the portfolio, including our growing European operations.
The Opportunity
At LGH Hotels Management, we're not just operating hotels — we're creating destinations, experiences and moments that people remember.
With a growing portfolio of branded and independent hotels across the UK, and an ambition to expand our European footprint through acquisition, we're looking for a driven, experienced Marketing Manager to help bring our hotels to life and drive demand across the portfolio.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded marketer who loves combining creativity with results, and who is genuinely forward-thinking — comfortable exploring AI and other emerging tools to sharpen campaign performance, content creation and customer insight. You'll work closely with hotel teams, and the commercial leaders to deliver impactful campaigns, strengthen our employer and consumer brands, and ensure our hotels stand out in an increasingly competitive marketplace.
From launching campaigns that fill bedrooms and restaurants to creating content that inspires travellers, no two days will be the same.
If you're passionate about hospitality, storytelling and creating marketing that delivers real commercial impact — and excited by the role technology and AI can play in getting there — we'd love to hear from you.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
