Our values guide how we operate, execute, and collaborate across borders. By putting them into action, you’ll help us scale faster, compete harder, and lead the future of global work.

What Makes You a Great Fit

We're looking for a driven and commercially minded Marketing Manager to join the Pebl EMEA team, reporting directly into the Principal Marketing Manager. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is ready to hit the ground running.

Based in London, you'll play a key role in supporting and executing our go-to-market strategy across the EMEA region—with a particular focus on driving growth in French and German-speaking markets. You'll work across events, campaigns, and regional initiatives, balancing day-to-day execution with a clear understanding of broader business priorities.

French or German language skills are strongly preferred, as you'll be supporting localisation and regional engagement efforts in these markets.

How You'll Make An Impact

GTM Strategy & Regional Campaigns

  • Support the development and localisation of go-to-market strategies for the French and German markets, adapting messaging, content, and campaigns to local audiences.
  • Execute integrated regional marketing campaigns across multiple channels, supporting awareness, consideration, and conversion goals.
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team on EMEA-wide initiatives—ensuring regional nuance and relevance are reflected as well as our partnerships team for partner-led campaigns.
  • Contribute to demand generation and pipeline growth by aligning field activities with broader marketing and sales objectives.
  • Stay close to regional market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform strategy and campaign direction.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
