Comparesoft is the UK’s first AI-driven matchmaking website for B2B software buyers and B2B software vendors.

SpaceX, McLaren, Nike, the Pentagon, the University of Oxford, and 16,000 other businesses have used us to find the right B2B software.

Oracle, MaintainX, Siemens and 130 software vendors work with us.

About the Role

The role is to build Comparesoft’s outbound user acquisition. Working closely with the CEO, the role is to use podcasts, content and social media to drive users to Comparesoft.

There are two core elements to the role;

  • Podcast Hosting: Involves having natural and on topic conversations with operational leaders. We have already produced 50+ podcasts with operational leaders from Rolls Royce, Pepsi, NHS, Unilever and many other well known companies. We are hiring for this role to bring more focus, intensity and drive up the quality of our podcasts.
  • Social Media Distribution: Share podcasts and our content so that it reaches our audience on LinkedIn.

The role involves:

  • Hosting 4 to 6 podcasts per month
  • Distribute podcasts on LinkedIn and relevant industry groups.
  • Maintain contact with podcast guests.
  • Make our podcasts the key go to videos/podcasts for our audience.
  • Drive LinkedIn campaigns - we do online awards, billboards and story driven posts.

KPI’s for the role

  • Number of leads generated
  • Views on the podcasts
  • Impressions and Likes from the social media posts

Skills

  • A confident conversationalist
  • Buyers journey oriented marketer.
  • Use of AI to accelerate podcast production and distribution.

Behaviours

  • Somebody who asks lots of questions.
  • Is fun to work with.
  • Is able to laugh through the challenges of marketing.

Experience

  • 5+ years of marketing experience in a B2B environment. Ideally somebody who is already hosting podcasts.
  • Confident solo operator.

Opportunity

  • Build the UK’s best B2B software podcast channel.
  • Get to work with a close-knit small team.
  • Ownership oriented role. Company share options are offered with the role. The role is designed to build, distribute and iterate our podcasts.
  • For the right person in this role there is a clear opportunity to build a podcast or a content team within 12 to 18 months.
  • The role is hybrid. Starting with 2 days a week in the office.
