Marketing Manager – Professional Services
£65,000 – £72,000 + bonus + benefits
Oxfordshire (1 day in office)
Our client is a leading strategic transformation consultancy helping organisations across complex and highly regulated sectors deliver measurable, lasting outcomes.
With more than two decades of experience across infrastructure, public services, defence and consumer markets, the organisation combines rigorous thinking with practical delivery to solve some of the most challenging business problems.
The Marketing Manager will own sector marketing strategy and deliver integrated campaigns, partnerships and events that strengthen market positioning, generate engagement and support high-value business development.

Role Highlights
The Marketing Manager will:
- Design and deliver insight-led, multi-channel marketing strategies and campaigns
- Develop compelling communications for complex propositions and major client programmes
- Build strategic relationships with senior business leaders, clients and influential sector partners
- Shape industry partnerships and create new opportunities to support commercial objectives
- Lead a coordinated programme of industry events, conferences and bespoke C-suite engagements
The role requires:
- Significant marketing management experience within B2B professional services, consultancy or a similarly complex environment
- Working across channels both online and offline
- The confidence to influence senior stakeholders, challenge constructively and build trusted relationships
