Total Clean is an award-winning, family-run commercial cleaning and facilities provider operating across 22 regional offices. We are seeking a highly capable, hands-on Marketing Manager to run our entire marketing function as a solo internal team. You will drive B2B lead generation, manage comprehensive digital and traditional strategies, and act as the core marketing partner for our growing franchise network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content & Social Media: Manage multi-channel social media marketing, taking full ownership of end-to-end management, content creation, and overarching content strategy.
  • Website & SEO Strategy: Manage company websites and collaborate with our external digital agency to drive high-level SEO strategy and execution.
  • AEO & E-E-A-T Compliance: Implement cutting-edge AI Overview (AEO) strategies and ensure strict E-E-A-T compliance across all digital assets.
  • Email Marketing: Build and execute targeted email marketing campaigns and automation sequences using Zoho.
  • Franchise Support: Design and deliver comprehensive marketing workshops for our network of 22 franchisees.
  • Sales Enablement: Provide direct sales support through the creation of high-quality marketing collateral, pitch decks, and resources.
  • Digital Campaigns: Manage and execute targeted digital advertising campaigns in partnership with external online publications.
  • Data & Analytics: Utilise Google Analytics to monitor website performance, track metrics, and optimise marketing ROI.
  • PR & Brand: Write, coordinate, and submit applications for major industry awards to maintain our market-leading reputation.

  • Proven experience independently running a full-stack B2B marketing function, ideally within facilities management or a franchise model.
  • Strong strategic and technical proficiency across SEO/AEO, E-E-A-T principles, and website management.
  • Hands-on experience with Zoho, Google Analytics, and multi-channel social media platforms.
  • A self-starter capable of managing multiple priorities autonomously, from granular content creation to high-level digital strategy.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for internal stakeholder management and franchisee training.
  • Comfortable working on-site in London.
