- Translate the company strategy and proposition into clear brand plans, campaign themes and audience-led messaging.
- Maintain and improve brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, templates and core marketing assets.
- Build understanding of Narwhal's priority audiences, market position and competitive landscape.
Integrated campaigns

- Develop campaign briefs, objectives, audience journeys, channel plans, timelines and success measures.
- Coordinate campaign delivery across internal stakeholders and external partners, keeping work on brief, on time and within budget.
- Support product launches and commercial priorities with compelling positioning, narratives and campaign assets.
Content and communications
- Own and maintain the brand content calendar, balancing planned campaigns with timely opportunities.
- Create, commission and edit high-quality content including website copy, thought leadership, case studies, social content, email and sales materials.
- Turn complex product and technical information into clear, engaging stories for relevant audiences.
- Work with subject-matter experts and leaders to develop credible points of view and strengthen Narwhal's market presence.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
