Marketing Manager at No Regrets

About us
No Regrets is a premium UK tattoo studio group, founded in 2008, with studios in some of the most distinctive buildings in the country. We're building a third space in tattooing: next-generation luxury built on system and discipline. For us, luxury means control rather than price. Clients' time is respected, standards are visible, craft is selective, and the experience removes uncertainty.
Our brand essence is simple: premium, considerate, professional, never cheap. In the Fitting Room, our in-studio experience powered by NORA, clients can see their tattoo before it becomes permanent.
The role
This is our first dedicated Marketing Manager role. You'll own marketing end to end: build a marketing plan a professional marketer would recognise, then deliver it. Marketing is currently delivered by a mix of in-house specialists and suppliers. We want one owner bringing it together, with a single plan tying brand and lead generation to our commercial goals.
You'll develop the brand, drive qualified leads at a cost we can justify, and lead the rebuild of our website, building marketing into a planned, measured function as we grow.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
