A successful and growing professional services organisation is looking to appoint an experienced Marketing Manager to lead its marketing function and support ambitious growth plans. Operating across multiple offices, the business offers a collaborative culture, flexible working and the opportunity to make a real impact.

Your new role

This is a pivotal position where you will take ownership of the marketing agenda, helping to shape how the organisation presents itself to existing and prospective clients. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will develop and deliver marketing initiatives that raise brand visibility, generate opportunities and support long-term commercial objectives.

You'll be responsible for leading marketing activity across both online and offline channels, overseeing content and communications, managing key campaigns and events, and ensuring a consistent and engaging presence across all touchpoints. You'll also play an important role in supporting business development activities, employer branding initiatives and the development of a small marketing team. The role offers a blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution, making it ideal for someone who enjoys influencing direction whilst remaining involved in delivery.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be an experienced Marketing Manager with a proven ability to deliver impactful marketing strategies that contribute to business growth. Previous experience in professional services would be highly beneficial, although applications from candidates with transferable experience in other sectors are also welcomed.
