Marketing Manager

London, UK | Hybrid (3 days in office)
Occasional travel across the UK and Europe will be required.

At UST, we're looking for a creative, energetic, and commercially minded Marketing Manager to help amplify our presence across the UK and Europe.
This is an exciting opportunity for a marketer who loves bringing ideas to life, whether that's delivering unforgettable events, creating engaging content, building communities on LinkedIn, or partnering with senior business leaders to drive growth.
You'll be the go-to marketing lead for the UK, working at the heart of the business and having a real impact on brand visibility, customer engagement, and market growth.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Deliver and manage high-impact events, executive roundtables, conferences, and customer engagements across the UK and Europe.
  • Create compelling content for social media, thought leadership, campaigns, events, and digital channels.
  • Help shape and grow our UK LinkedIn presence through creative storytelling and community engagement.
  • Partner with senior business leaders to develop and execute marketing initiatives that support business growth.
  • Capture and create engaging event content, including video, photography, interviews, and social updates.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to deliver integrated marketing programs and measurable results.

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum of 5 years of B2B marketing experience
  • Background in Technology, IT Services, Consulting, Professional Services, or a similar fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience owning and delivering field marketing programs and events independently
  • Strong content creation and social media skills with a passion for storytelling
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and building strong business relationships
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills
  • Hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with LinkedIn marketing and community engagement
  • Photography, videography, or content capture skills would be a bonus
