Marketing Manager | Multi-Channel Retail | Nottinghamshire | Salary up to £40k
A leading retailer is looking to appoint an ambitious Marketing Manager to help shape and deliver its multi-channel marketing strategy. Operating in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment, the business continues to invest heavily in digital growth, customer engagement, and brand development.
This is an opportunity for a commercially minded marketer who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. Working cross-functionally with Ecommerce, Trading, CRM, Creative, and Content teams, the Marketing Manager will lead integrated campaigns, develop brand partnerships, and deliver marketing initiatives that directly influence business performance.
The Role
The Marketing Manager will take ownership of integrated marketing activity, ensuring campaigns are commercially focused, customer-led, and delivered across multiple digital and offline channels. The successful individual will be responsible for driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, loyalty, and engagement while identifying new opportunities for growth.

- Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across multiple consumer brands, supporting both brand growth and commercial performance.
- Lead seasonal campaigns, product launches, and key trading events from concept through to execution.
- Create compelling brand storytelling across digital, social media, CRM, and editorial channels.
- Develop and execute social media strategies that grow engaged communities and strengthen brand awareness.
- Manage strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and influencer activity to maximize brand exposure and return on investment.
- Support customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty initiatives through CRM and first-party data marketing.
- Work closely with Ecommerce, Trading, Creative, and Content teams to ensure marketing activity supports wider commercial objectives.
- Contribute to SEO-focused content strategies that improve online visibility and customer engagement.
- Analyse campaign performance and customer behaviour, making data-led recommendations to optimise future activity.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, agencies, and external partners to ensure successful campaign delivery.
- Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, maintaining high standards while delivering at pace.

What We're Looking For
The ideal Marketing Manager will bring:
- Proven experience in a commercial marketing role within retail, consumer, sport, or lifestyle sectors.
- Strong knowledge of integrated marketing across digital, social media, CRM, and content channels.
- Experience developing successful partnership, sponsorship, or influencer marketing campaigns.
- An understanding of customer data, CRM, and loyalty marketing.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to balance creativity and performance.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to prioritise multiple initiatives.
- Confident communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for delivering measurable commercial results.
