Marketing Manager - London - Hybrid Working - Up to £50,000 per annum + Bonus

Are you a creative, commercially minded marketing professional who loves turning ideas into impactful campaigns? Looking for a role where you can take ownership, work with a diverse portfolio of clients and make a real difference?

We're recruiting a Marketing Manager to join a growing, creative marketing team specialising in B2B marketing and employer brand campaigns, particularly within the hospitality sector.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, hands-on marketer who enjoys combining strategic thinking with creative delivery, building client relationships and managing campaigns from concept through to completion.

The Role

You'll take the lead on marketing activity for the business and its clients, developing plans, delivering engaging content and ensuring campaigns achieve their objectives. From email marketing and LinkedIn content to events and paid advertising, you'll have the opportunity to make your mark across a varied and exciting mix of projects.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and delivering marketing plans and multi-channel campaigns aligned with commercial objectives.
  • Managing content creation across LinkedIn, email, websites and social media.
  • Taking ownership of brand presence, content calendars and campaign delivery.
  • Coordinating events, paid advertising and wider marketing activations.
  • Monitoring campaign performance, producing reports and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Building strong client relationships, managing expectations and identifying opportunities to add value.
  • Coordinating projects, resources and deadlines across multiple clients.
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members while helping maintain high standards across the team.

About You

You'll be an enthusiastic and proactive marketer who combines creativity with commercial awareness and enjoys taking responsibility for delivering high-quality work.

You'll ideally bring:

  • Around five years' marketing experience, or equivalent capability, with a proven track record of delivering campaigns and projects.
  • Strong B2B marketing experience; hospitality exposure would be advantageous.
  • Excellent copywriting skills, particularly for LinkedIn, email and website content.
  • A good understanding of the wider marketing mix, including social media, SEO, events and paid advertising.
  • Experience with LinkedIn and/or Meta advertising, campaign analytics and performance reporting.
  • Confidence using tools such as Canva, CapCut and content management systems.
  • Excellent organisation and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with experience working directly with clients or stakeholders.
