Marketing Manager
Location: London | Hybrid working
Our client is an established premium brand with an international presence and a strong focus on protecting and developing its market identity. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a substantial marketing remit, working closely with senior leadership while influencing how the brand is presented across global markets. You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, managing agencies, budgets, campaigns and brand communications across digital, print, PR, events and retail channels. With responsibility for a small marketing team and significant exposure across the wider organisation, you’ll have the opportunity to shape activity that supports both commercial performance and long-term brand desirability.
The Marketing Manager will play a central role in translating the global marketing strategy into effective campaigns and communications across multiple markets.
Role Highlights
- Lead the delivery of integrated global marketing activity across digital, advertising, PR, events and retail.
- Own and optimise the marketing budget, ensuring investment delivers measurable commercial value.
- Direct external creative, digital and advertising agencies from brief through to delivery.
- Protect and evolve brand identity, guidelines, imagery and messaging across international markets.
- Report on campaign performance, website activity, leads and media coverage, recommending actions to improve results.

You Will Need
- A degree-level qualification and at least five years’ relevant communications or marketing experience.
- Proven delivery of integrated 360° marketing strategies across multiple channels.
- Strong digital marketing experience, with the ability to interpret performance data and identify opportunities.
- Experience managing agencies, suppliers, budgets and multiple projects simultaneously.
- A hands-on, collaborative approach with strong creative, communication and organisational skills.
