Role Title: Marketing Manager

Salary: Up to £32,500 per annum (dependent on experience)

Location: Manchester, UK. Hybrid working model with a minimum of 2-3 days per week in the Manchester office.

Contract: Full-time

About The Role

British Cycling is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to work full-time across a wide range of high-impact campaigns that inspire participation, grow audiences, strengthen our brand, and deliver commercial results.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has 5+ years' marketing experience delivering integrated campaigns across multiple channels
  • Is a team player with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
  • Can work confidently independently as well as part of the team
  • Combines creativity with commercial thinking
  • Has a strong understanding of digital and performance marketing
  • Uses data and audience insight to optimise results
  • Can manage multiple projects and stakeholders with confidence simultaneously
  • Loves generating new ideas, creativity and thinking differently

What you’ll be doing:

Sat within British Cycling Ventures, in the marketing team you'll work with colleagues in the content, creative studio and customer engagement teams to take campaigns from concept through to delivery and evaluation.

This is an exciting role that is linked to all areas of the organisation meaning you’ll work on projects with colleagues across Great Britain Cycling Team, Commercial, Comms, Events, Participation, Sport and Partnerships to drive participation, ROI, engagement and audience growth.
