We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing campaigns across the automotive, motorcycle and collector vehicle categories for a prestigious global auction business. This is a fast-paced, commercially focused role responsible for driving consignments, bidder engagement and auction participation across digital and offline channels. You will work closely with specialist, creative, PR, events and digital teams to deliver compelling, data-led campaigns that bring high-value collections and auctions to life.

About You

  • Experienced marketing professional with a strong track record delivering integrated, multi-channel campaigns.
  • Commercially minded, highly organised and comfortable managing multiple campaigns, stakeholders, agencies and budgets simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including paid media, CRM/email, social media, content and website optimisation.
  • Confident using data and insights to measure performance, optimise activity and demonstrate ROI.
  • Genuine interest in the automotive sector, with an appreciation for luxury, collector cars and enthusiast audiences.

  • Own end-to-end marketing campaigns, from initial consignment through to auction, sale and post-sale activity.
  • Manage paid media, email, social, content, website, print and creative activity across multiple campaigns and channels.
  • Develop campaign plans, briefs and content while working closely with internal teams, agencies, freelancers and suppliers.
  • Manage marketing budgets, invoices and media spend, ensuring activity is delivered efficiently and effectively.
  • Analyse campaign performance using tools such as GA4 and CRM data, reporting on KPIs and using insights to continually improve results.
