Criterion Hospitality is looking for a commercially focused Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth across its hotel portfolio, including Zedwell, Assembly, and Indigo.

The role will focus on increasing direct bookings, strengthening brand positioning, and supporting occupancy, ADR, and overall revenue performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver revenue-focused digital and offline marketing campaigns.
  • Create local-area, partnership, and cross-property promotions.
  • Drive direct bookings through newsletters, targeted campaigns, and loyalty activity.
  • Work with Revenue and Sales teams to support periods of lower demand.
  • Manage brand positioning, content, signage, and marketing collateral.
  • Conduct regular hotel audits to ensure all materials are current and high quality.
  • Track campaign performance, ROI, and commercial impact.
  • Provide weekly updates on campaigns, results, and upcoming activity.
  • Manage junior marketing colleagues, agencies, and external suppliers.
  • Support the Head of Commercial with campaign budgets and planning.

  • Proven marketing experience, ideally in hospitality, travel, leisure, or a consumer-focused sector.
  • Experience delivering digital and offline campaigns.
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of direct-booking strategies.
  • Excellent project-management, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders, agencies, and suppliers.
  • Proactive, organised, and results-focused.
