Marketing Manager

London | Full-time | 4–5 Days Per Week On-Site | Up to £50,000 + Benefits

About the Opportunity

Sanderson King is delighted to be partnering with a high-growth, PE-backed, premium multi-site consumer business as they continue an exciting period of expansion.

With ambitious growth plans across London and beyond, our client is looking to appoint an ambitious Marketing Manager who enjoys operating in fast-paced, founder-led businesses where ideas become reality quickly.

This is not a role where you'll be sitting behind a desk. You'll spend much of your time across the business, working closely with operational teams and senior leadership to ensure marketing activity is executed brilliantly, brand standards remain exceptional and every new location launches successfully.

Reporting directly to the Marketing Director / CMO, you'll become their right hand, helping turn strategy into execution whilst playing a key role in building one of the UK's most exciting premium consumer brands.

The Opportunity

This is a broad marketing role combining brand, digital, local marketing, events and customer experience.

  • Work cross-functionally with operations, property, technology and customer-facing teams to ensure marketing supports every stage of the customer journey and every location consistently delivers an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Delivery

  • Support the Marketing Director in delivering the overall marketing strategy.
  • Coordinate and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Manage the marketing calendar and ensure campaigns are delivered on time.
  • Coordinate agency partners and external suppliers.
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
