Marketing Manager

York, North Yorkshire (hybrid working with 3 days per week in the office)

About Us

DGP Intelsius is a leading manufacturer in the specialist packaging industry, producing a diverse range of sustainable and high-quality temperature-controlled packaging and sample transport solutions.

Serving a variety of markets, our innovative products support the vital work of those across the pharmaceutical and medical health industries, ensuring that crucial cargo from vaccines to clinical trial samples are preserved and protected.

We are now looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis, working Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 17:30.

The Role

As a Marketing Manager, you will develop and deliver marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness, attract and retain customers, and drive business growth.

Leading a small marketing team and reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you'll develop and deliver marketing initiatives, oversee multi-channel campaigns and ensure all marketing activity aligns with our wider commercial objectives.

You'll also manage our brand, websites and marketing performance, working closely with our Sales Team, external partners and suppliers to identify new opportunities, optimise campaign effectiveness and support continued business growth.

Additionally, you will:

  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure the effective use of resources
  • Analyse customer behaviour, market trends and competitor activity
  • Create and oversee marketing content, advertising and promotional activities
  • Build relationships with external agencies, suppliers and partners

About You

To be considered as a Marketing Manager, you will need:

  • Experience developing and delivering successful marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Experience managing digital and traditional marketing channels
  • Experience monitoring marketing performance using KPIs and analytics
  • Experience conducting market research and analysing customer, market and competitor data
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Budget planning and financial management skills
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, social media marketing, SEO and SEM
  • Knowledge of CRM principles and marketing analytics
  • Knowledge of data protection and marketing regulations, including GDPR
