Role Description

The Marketing Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Glasgow. This role is responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies that promote Konversable’s chat solutions across key industries and enterprise clients. Day-to-day tasks include:

The Marketing Manager will analyze campaign performance, manage budgets, and provide regular reports and insights to leadership. Collaboration with sales, product, and customer success teams will be essential to support lead generation, customer retention, and market growth.

Qualifications

  • Strategic marketing skills, including campaign planning, brand positioning, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Digital marketing experience covering channels such as social media, email, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising.
  • Content-related skills, including content planning, copywriting, and basic editing for web and marketing assets.
  • Analytical capabilities, including proficiency with marketing analytics tools, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, manage timelines, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across sales and product teams.
  • Relevant experience in B2B technology, SaaS, or customer engagement solutions is highly beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
