About The Company
Elixi is an AI-driven HealthTech startup with a mission to democratize long-term health by transforming scattered data into insights and recommendations people can trust and act on. We’re led by a successful tech entrepreneur who has built a global decacorn ($10B+) before — and has the ambition and resources to do it again.
This is a chance to join early and directly influence what we build, how we build it, and the culture we create along the way. We operate as a small, relentless team with strong ownership and high standards — if you’re driven to achieve greatness and grow alongside ambitious peers, you’ll feel at home.
About The Role
We're at the stage where the product is taking shape and the right people need to hear about it. This is a core marketing role: you'll define how Elixi is positioned in the market, drive top-of-funnel awareness through organic and earned channels, and build the messaging architecture from zero. The right person has launched products or brands before, thinks in ICPs and narratives — and is still hands-on enough to own execution until a team exists around them.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own the marketing roadmap — what we do, when, and why — and drive alignment across the team on priorities, sequencing, and rationale
- Define Elixi's brand positioning and messaging architecture: who we're for, what we stand for, and how that translates consistently across website, app store, social, and earned media
- Define the ICP and drive high quality early adopter acquisition through earned media, podcasts, and strategic outreach
- Drive content as a GTM execution layer, ensuring all marketing copy is sharp and on-brand across every channel and touchpoint
- Align with respective teams to ensure marketing accurately reflects core USPs and key product beliefs and meets regulatory requirements at the same time
- Source, brief, and manage freelancers or creative agencies as execution capacity requires

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What You'll Need
- 5+ years in marketing, with meaningful experience taking a product or brand to market — either at a high-growth tech/consumer startup or at a high-profile agency
- Proven record of building brand presence and driving top-of-funnel growth through organic and earned channels from an early or pre-launch stage

- Strong communicator who can align stakeholders, brief creatives, and present strategic thinking clearly
- Creative problem-solver: finds non-obvious angles, builds from ambiguity, and doesn't wait for a fully defined brief
- High empathy for the end user — able to translate audience insight into messaging that resonates
- Fluent English; Russian language skills are an advantage
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field from a reputable university
