Marketing Manager
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to take responsibility for driving the planning and delivery of marketing activity across B2B, B2G and B2C channels, that strengthens the brand, supports commercial growth and customer engagement.
This is a broad, hands-on marketing position combining strategic planning, digital marketing, content, sales & marketing communications, promotions, e-commerce, events and team leadership for this specialist performance apparel & accessories brand. An interest in the outdoor sector would be advantageous.
Marketing Manager – Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the overall marketing plan and strategy across the business.
- Plan and deliver retail and trade promotions, including promotional products and sales communications.
- Prepare marketing materials, launch plans and strategies for new products and ranges.
- Manage the planning, booking and delivery of trade shows, events and brand activities, working closely with Sales, Design and Production.
- Oversee creative content development, including the management of third-party content creators.
- Manage paid advertising activity through external PPC agencies and oversee ongoing SEO development.
- Lead email marketing activity, including campaigns, automation and optimisation.
- Manage retail and corporate websites, maximising traffic, conversion, customer experience and NPS.
- Oversee the sourcing and production of marketing materials to support brand development.
- Generate new marketing ideas and identify opportunities to increase brand awareness and sales.
- Lead, support and develop the marketing team, including recruitment, training and performance management.
- Work collaboratively with Sales, Design and Production to ensure marketing activity supports wider business objectives.

- Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of B2B, B2C and digital marketing.
- Commercially focused, with a proven ability to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Experience across PPC, SEO, email marketing and e-commerce.
- Strong content, creative and campaign management skills.
- Experience managing events, trade shows, promotions and product launches.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- Confident working collaboratively across Sales, Design and Production.
- Previous experience of leading or developing a marketing team.
- Creative, proactive and commercially minded, with a hands-on approach.
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines and business objectives.
