Marketing Manager (Leisure & Hospitality)
Location: London
Salary: £50-55k + Bonus + Benefits
We are looking for a commercially minded marketer with a flair for bringing customer experiences to life. This role would suit a seasoned marketer who is keen to join a dynamic marketing team to lead campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and commercial performance across an exciting portfolio of leisure experiences.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. Working closely with colleagues across operations, digital, sales, and location teams, you'll play a key role in shaping how customers discover, engage with, and enjoy a growing offering.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading the planning, delivery, and evaluation of integrated marketing campaigns across key trading periods and seasonal activity.
- Developing compelling campaigns that showcase a diverse portfolio of leisure experiences, ensuring each proposition is positioned effectively for its target audience.
- Using customer insight, campaign data, and performance reporting to identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
- Collaborating with digital, operational, and venue teams to enhance the customer journey, from initial discovery through to booking and on-site experience.
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing activity is aligned, commercially focused, and consistently delivered to a high standard.

What we're looking for:
- Previous marketing experience within a multi-site, consumer-facing business such as leisure, hospitality, retail, or entertainment, is a must.
- Proven experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns from planning through to execution and post-campaign analysis.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
- A commercially aware marketer who uses data and customer insight to inform decisions and improve campaign performance.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to work collaboratively across a wide range of teams.
