You’ll be joining our award-winning marketing team, working across Absolute Radio, Jazz FM, Rayo and Make Me A Winner on a maternity cover basis (12 months). This is an exciting opportunity to lead engaging, audience-first campaigns across some of the UK’s biggest radio brands.
You will deliver creative campaigns, events and partnerships with the wider brand team, as well as working closely with content, digital and on-air talent. Together, we’re a supportive, fast-paced team that thrives on creativity and a shared passion for creating brilliant audience experiences.
The difference you will make:
As Marketing Manager for Absolute Radio, Jazz FM, Rayo and Make Me A Winner, you will play a key role in growing audiences and strengthening connections with the brands through delivering bold, multi-channel campaigns to drive awareness and listener engagement. This could include high-impact, multi-channel campaigns, innovative partnerships and live events.
No two days are the same. You’ll collaborate closely with other teams and departments to launch new shows, campaigns and partnerships with engaging visuals. It’s an exciting time for Bauer Media and this is a role you can really make your own.
Your Role:
As Marketing Manager, you’ll help deliver audience growth, engagement and awareness across Absolute Radio, Jazz FM, Rayo and Make Me A Winner through creative marketing campaigns and partnerships.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Developing and implementing activity that supports our marketing campaigns, to grow listenership and engagement.
- Planning and executing promotional activities including events, competitions, partnerships and activations.
- Collaborating with content teams, social, commercial and the wider marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging on audience touchpoints.
- Managing relationships with external agencies, partners and sponsors.
- Working closely with Bauer’s Design Hub on briefing design requirements.
- Creating and overseeing paid social media and digital marketing strategies with an eye on performance and optimisation.
- Developing and executing effective CRM strategies to engage our audience.
- Working with agencies and internal insights teams to track and report on campaign effectiveness.
- With the Head of Marketing, managing the marketing budget efficiently.
- Supporting partnership proposals and delivery.

The skills you will bring:
- Proven marketing experience, ideally in media, audio or entertainment.
- Strong understanding of brand marketing, audience growth and campaign management.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
- Highly collaborative and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders.
- Solid experience in digital marketing and social media.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines.
- Analytical mindset (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
- A genuine passion for audio and radio.

- Hybrid: London office & home working
