Title: Marketing Manager Adam Partridge Auctioneers and Valuers Ltd
Reporting to: Business Support Manager
Main Responsibilities:
- To lead the day-to-day delivery of the company's marketing strategy, ensuring all campaigns, communications and brand activity are executed professionally, effectively and in line with business objectives.
- Build a legacy for the future by strengthening brand awareness, customer engagement and market position.
- Manage a professional, data-driven marketing function while maintaining the company's family values, entrepreneurial spirit and reputation.
Key Deliverables:
Marketing Strategy
- Develop and implement an annual marketing strategy aligned with the company's commercial objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer insights to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Deliver measurable marketing campaigns that generate leads, increase brand awareness and support revenue targets.
Brand Management
- Ensure all marketing materials: publications, digital content, social media and communications reflect the company's brand identity and values.
- Maintain consistency across all online and offline marketing channels.
- Protect and enhance the company's reputation through high-quality communications and brand governance.
Campaign Delivery
- Plan, coordinate and deliver effective marketing campaigns in line with agreed schedules and business priorities.
- Oversee the production, proofing, approval and timely delivery of all marketing materials and campaign assets, ensuring they are accurate, on brand, within budget, and achieve agreed business objectives.
- Measure campaign performance using agreed KPIs and implement continuous improvements based on results.

Digital Marketing
- Liaise with relevant outsourced marketing providers to ensure marketing campaigns, website content and digital activity are delivered in accordance with the Company's marketing strategy and business objectives.
- Oversee the company website, social media platforms, email marketing and digital advertising activity.
- Regularly review website and digital marketing performance reports, monitor agreed KPIs and implement recommendations to improve online performance and increase business enquiries and engagement.
Team Management
- Lead, motivate and develop the marketing team to achieve departmental objectives and business targets.
- Manage workloads, allocate resources effectively and ensure clear accountability across the department.
- Support continuous professional development and ensure team members receive appropriate training.
Budget Management
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum return on investment.
- Monitor expenditure and ensure marketing activities remain within approved budgets.
- Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate with external agencies and service providers where appropriate.

Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with department managers to understand business priorities and develop marketing support for key initiatives.
- Build effective relationships with external media partners to maximise visibility and success in marketing campaigns.
- Ensure internal communications are optimised to support employee engagement and business objectives.
Performance and Reporting
- Produce regular reports on marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, lead generation, website analytics and return on investment.
- Establish and monitor departmental KPIs to support continuous improvement.
- Present recommendations and strategic updates to the wider team.
Compliance and Governance
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant legislation, including GDPR, advertising standards, copyright and data protection requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of marketing activity, approvals and brand assets.
- Ensure all marketing content meets company policies, legal requirements and ethical standards.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, systems and customer engagement.
- Introduce innovative marketing initiatives that support business growth.
- Promote a culture of creativity, accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement throughout the marketing department.
