Location: Livingston, Scotland
Salary: £60,000+ dependent on experience
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Working Pattern: Office-based, five days per week

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our UK marketing function and play a key role in supporting the wider NorDan UK business strategy.
Reporting to the Sales Director, this role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, regional Managing Directors, and the wider Group to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

About the Role

This is a strategic leadership role with responsibility for developing and delivering NorDan UK's marketing strategy in line with our commercial objectives and business plans.
You will lead the UK Marketing Team and ensure all marketing activity supports the wider organisational strategy while strengthening the NorDan brand across the UK market.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Developing and delivering annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans aligned to business objectives.
  • Leading and developing the UK Marketing Team.
  • Working closely with the Sales Director and senior leadership team to support the wider NorDan UK strategy.
  • Collaborating with regional Managing Directors to support local market requirements.
  • Managing integrated marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels.
  • Overseeing the creation of marketing materials including brochures, technical literature, websites, exhibitions, merchandising, and promotional materials.
  • Managing external suppliers and marketing budgets.
  • Supporting architect engagement through CPD programmes and industry partnerships.
  • Monitoring and enhancing brand consistency across all communications.
  • Presenting marketing updates and insights to senior leadership and Board-level stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a commercially-minded marketing professional who combines strategic thinking with a collaborative and hands-on approach.
You will ideally have:

  • Previous experience in a Marketing Manager or similar leadership role.
  • Experience developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience across both traditional and digital marketing channels.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.
  • Experience within construction, manufacturing, or building products would be advantageous.
