Aquent is partnering with a global leader in media and entertainment, a company renowned for creating and distributing premium content from diverse storytellers to audiences worldwide. This organization has a rich history of innovation, consistently delivering blockbuster content, popular series, award-winning productions, and beloved kids franchises that captivate millions. Join our client’s dynamic team and make a tangible impact on how their captivating content reaches consumers across the globe.

Are you a strategic marketer with a passion for content and a knack for driving sales? We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our client’s team and play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing and strategic plans for a vast portfolio of content across both physical and digital formats. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on how beloved stories reach audiences, optimizing transactional sales and growth in key global markets.

Your Impact and Contributions

In this role, you will be instrumental in optimizing the contribution from content libraries, providing strategic marketing support to enhance campaign delivery and drive transactional sales. You will lead the product planning process for new releases, catalogue content, and animated content across various markets, collaborating closely with relevant internal teams. Your expertise will directly influence promotional activities, release strategies, and overall market penetration, ensuring the company’s content continues to thrive and reach new heights.

Primary Duties

  • Serve as the team’s expert on all content, kids, and animation, disseminating relevant insights and developing release strategy proposals and marketing campaign support.
  • Drive new content, animation, and kids initiatives with digital partners and optimize sales opportunities for physical partners.
  • Develop product lifecycle management strategies, identifying key titles and promotional opportunities, and approving release and promotional calendars for key markets.
  • Collaborate with team members to agree on pricing, promotions, media, and marketing initiatives that drive sales for content, animation, and kids libraries, considering brand and franchise development.
  • Ensure partners receive relevant marketing and promotional materials via internal systems, collaborating with internal teams to develop creative needs for content in a timely manner.
  • Assess and monitor marketing spend levels and campaign effectiveness for partners in global markets, ensuring budget targets are met and providing insights for other regional initiatives.
  • Make recommendations to partners in global markets to optimize the user interface and merchandising of content on stores, as well as marketing initiatives for the end consumer in both physical and digital environments.
  • Keep partners in global markets updated with new release insights and requirements to support their marketing and trade campaigns.
  • Work with the Marketing Director and team to support cross-functional collaboration, ensuring franchise strategies are optimized with content distribution support and partners are included in local/regional marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal and regional teams to greenlight titles for both physical and digital clients, ensuring localization is optimized and remains profitable across all new release products, catalogue new-to-format, and content.
  • Work with operations teams to understand ratings and censorship requirements in regions and determine best processes to inform various parts of the business of content release dates and plans through internal systems.
  • Work with Operations/Supply Chain teams to ensure timely product delivery.
  • Develop presentations and pitch documents to support regular client presentations and commercial teams, gathering best practices and making recommendations on release strategies and campaigns.
  • Review sales and performance of content marketing activities.
  • Liaise closely with internal and regional teams.
  • Collaborate with other departments/teams (regional teams, internal teams) to build relationships and ensure efficacy of initiatives.
  • Support budget and forecast target setting for content categories and oversee marketing spend for content distribution in global markets.
  • Execute special projects in collaboration with the team to support current business priorities and provide ad hoc reporting/presentations as required.
  • Support marketing initiatives with best practice and media optimizing strategies as required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
