This is an exceptional opportunity to join a vibrant team, playing a pivotal role in shaping the retail distribution strategy for innovative technologies. As a key contributor, you will be instrumental in ensuring a seamless and best-in-class experience for a diverse portfolio of retail partners, directly influencing market reach and product accessibility. Your efforts will drive the effective execution of marketing and promotional initiatives, optimize budget allocation, and ultimately contribute to the commercial success and expansion of groundbreaking products in various markets.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of retail accounts, managing day-to-day operations including onboarding, product and pricing inquiries, and general commercial support.
- Ensure retail partners are equipped with up-to-date product information, merchandising guidelines, pricing details, and go-to-market assets, facilitating timely and consistent communication of launch and promotional activities.
- Coordinate and execute retail marketing and promotional campaigns across various channels, encompassing in-store and online presence, seasonal initiatives, product launches, co-marketing efforts, and demo programs, collaborating closely with internal marketing and channel teams.
- Manage and track marketing, promotional, and co-op budgets for the retail channel, including monitoring spend against plan, maintaining accurate financial records, processing purchase requests, reconciling invoices, and proactively identifying and flagging potential risks or variances.
- Develop and maintain robust reporting on account performance, sell-in and sell-through data, promotional effectiveness, and marketing ROI, translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for strategic adjustments.
- Provide direct support to the Distribution Manager, assisting with business reviews, preparation for partner meetings, quarterly business planning, forecasting inputs, pricing and promotion proposals, and ensuring timely follow-up on critical actions across the retail channel.
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline, standardize, and automate recurring channel, marketing, and budget processes, documenting best practices to enhance scalability across multiple accounts and markets.
- Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, sales operations, supply chain, finance, and partner-facing teams to ensure smooth execution of channel activities and efficient resolution of issues.
- Monitor competitive landscape, analyze retail trends, and gather partner feedback across various markets, sharing valuable insights to inform and refine the overall channel strategy.

What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in retail account management, channel marketing, or distribution support, ideally within a fast-paced technology or consumer electronics environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with a solid understanding of retail operations, marketing, and sales cycles.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and track budgets, with experience in financial reconciliation and reporting.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building and maintaining strong relationships with partners and internal teams.
- A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in an evolving, dynamic environment.
- Passion for innovative technologies and their potential to transform user experiences.
