About Optime

Optime is an award-winning recruitment business specialising in aviation. Since 2016, we have placed over 20,000 people across major UK airports, supporting airlines, ground handlers and airport operators with reliable, high-volume workforce solutions. We have been named in the Recruiter Hot 100 for three consecutive years (2023, 2024 and 2025).

The role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to take ownership of Optime’s marketing and strengthen our position as a leading name in aviation recruitment.

You will be Optime’s sole marketer, reporting to the Managing Director. You will own both the strategy and its delivery, with full responsibility for how Optime is positioned in the market. This is a hands-on, broad role covering brand, content, design, SEO and lead generation, working closely with the commercial team to support the next stage of the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Marketing strategy: Develop and own Optime’s marketing plan, aligned with business goals and commercial targets.
  • Brand and positioning: Develop Optime’s profile as a market leader in aviation workforce solutions through thought leadership, industry insight and consistent brand messaging.
  • LinkedIn and content: Manage Optime’s LinkedIn presence, including company and leadership profiles, along with other relevant channels. Produce content that engages airport and airline decision-makers.
  • Lead generation: Plan and deliver B2B campaigns that generate qualified enquiries for the commercial team, and report on their performance.
  • SEO and website: Manage the Optime website, improving search visibility, content and conversion.
  • Design: Produce sales collateral, case studies, social media graphics, event materials and presentations using InDesign and Photoshop.
  • AI and marketing tools: Use AI and other marketing technology across content, research, design and automation to improve quality and efficiency.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
