The company
Our client is a leading global B2B news and information business serving the financial sector. Its membership and subscription brands are must-have resources for professionals worldwide — and the marketing team sits at the heart of their growth.
The role
You'll own retention and growth marketing for a portfolio of market-leading membership brands. Working to the strategic direction of a Senior Marketing Manager, you'll turn strategy into integrated campaigns across the full member lifecycle — from lead generation and ABM through to conversion and renewal.
This is a hands-on, commercially accountable role. You'll plan and deliver multi-channel programmes spanning email and automation, digital, social, paid media, content and events — and you'll be measured on leads, pipeline, conversion and retention revenue.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
