About the role
We're looking for a B2B Marketing Manager, Partnerships to join our Partnerships Marketing team and help shape how we support our global network of airport lounge, travel experience and ancillary travel partners.
Working closely with the Head of Partnerships Marketing, you'll translate our global partnerships strategy into clear, insight-led marketing plans — driving partner onboarding, enablement, retention and commercial growth across a diverse international partner base. You'll be the trusted marketing voice for our partner account teams, and the driving force behind campaigns, content, events and initiatives that keep our partners engaged, informed and growing with us.
If you love turning strategy into action, building relationships across a matrixed organisation, and creating marketing that partners genuinely value, we'd like to hear from you.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
