Marketing Manager
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to join a dynamic organisation operating at the heart of the UK and international home entertainment and digital entertainment sector.
The organisation is a membership and trade body representing leading businesses across the film and television entertainment ecosystem. Its remit spans digital and physical transactional entertainment, subscription services, advertising-funded platforms and FAST channels.
The organisation works with major industry stakeholders to support category growth, provide insight and research, foster industry relationships, deliver consumer education, and represent the collective interests of its members to audiences, media, government and other industry partners.
The role will also support the delivery of activity for an affiliated consumer education organisation focused on intellectual property awareness, anti-piracy initiatives and behaviour-change campaigns.
This is a varied, hands-on marketing role within a small, high-performing team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across consumer campaigns, digital marketing, social media, content, events, creative production and stakeholder engagement.
Role Purpose
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for delivering and executing marketing and communications activity across the organisation and its associated initiatives.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, members, agencies and external partners, the role will ensure that strategic, insight-led campaigns are translated into high-quality creative outputs and delivered effectively across multiple channels and markets.
The role requires a combination of campaign management, creative production, digital marketing, content management and stakeholder coordination, together with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and execute integrated marketing and communications activity, ensuring campaigns and initiatives are implemented effectively and in line with strategic objectives.
- Lead the delivery of creative and campaign outputs, maintaining high standards of quality, consistency and stakeholder representation.
- Manage creative agencies, external partners and suppliers, ensuring projects are delivered on brief, on time and within agreed budgets.
- Oversee digital channels and content outputs, ensuring activity is current, consistent and aligned with the wider communications strategy.
- Coordinate delivery across internal teams, members, agencies and partners, ensuring clear communication, efficient workflows and effective project management.
- Support the development and implementation of consumer-facing campaigns across digital, social, cinema, retail and other relevant channels.
- Manage the production and delivery of marketing and event assets, including invitations, presentations, digital collateral and campaign materials.
- Support the organisation's events, industry initiatives and networking activity through effective marketing and communications.
- Monitor campaign performance and contribute to evaluation, reporting and continuous improvement.

Key Deliverables
Campaigns & Marketing
- Deliver multi-partner consumer promotions across the UK and international markets, managing asset collection, messaging, stakeholder coordination and execution from initial brief through to delivery.
- Execute flagship marketing campaigns, working with industry partners, media organisations and agencies to translate strategy into compelling creative outputs.
- Coordinate campaign delivery across multiple stakeholders and markets, ensuring activity remains on brief and aligned with agreed objectives.
- Track campaign performance, budgets and deliverables, identifying opportunities to improve effectiveness and engagement.
- Work closely with senior marketing and partnerships stakeholders to deliver high-profile initiatives in line with strategic direction.
Creative & Content
- Brief and manage creative agencies and third-party partners, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and effective campaign and content assets.
- Oversee the collation and organisation of multi-format assets from multiple stakeholders, ensuring consistency, accessibility and appropriate representation.
- Own the production and delivery of creative assets across marketing and events, including invitations, presentations and digital collateral.
- Bring a hands-on approach to creative production, with confidence using design tools such as Canva.
- Develop high-quality presentations across relevant platforms, tailoring content and messaging to different audiences and purposes.
- Ensure all written and visual materials meet appropriate standards of accuracy, consistency and presentation.
Digital & Social Media
- Manage and maintain social media and digital channels, including organisational websites, ensuring content is current, engaging and aligned with the communications strategy.
- Drive LinkedIn activity and engagement, supporting audience development, network growth and organisational visibility.
- Manage content calendars and coordinate content delivery across relevant digital platforms.
- Work with external agencies on social media and press activity, ensuring outputs are high quality, on brief and delivered efficiently.
- Monitor digital engagement and identify opportunities to strengthen reach, relevance and audience interaction.
Newsletter & Communications
- Lead the delivery and ongoing development of the organisation's regular newsletter, maintaining strong editorial standards and identifying opportunities for audience growth and commercial sponsorship.
- Support the creation of communications materials including press releases, statements, reports, presentations and other stakeholder-facing content.
- Ensure communications are consistent with agreed messaging frameworks and appropriately tailored to different audiences.
Stakeholder & Committee Support
- Build effective working relationships with members, partners, agencies and other external stakeholders.
- Contribute to relevant industry committees and working groups, including meeting preparation, administration and minute-taking.
- Support effective coordination and communication across multiple workstreams.
- Respond positively and constructively to stakeholder feedback, ensuring requirements are understood and incorporated where appropriate.

Experience & Skills
The successful candidate is likely to have:
- Experience in a marketing, communications, campaign or brand role, ideally within an entertainment, media, consumer, membership or similarly fast-moving environment.
- Proven experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns from brief through to execution and evaluation.
- Experience managing external creative agencies, suppliers and partners.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Experience managing social media and digital channels, particularly LinkedIn.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience producing presentations and creative marketing materials, with strong attention to visual quality and detail.
- Practical experience using design and marketing platforms such as Canva, Mailchimp, Eventbrite and WordPress, or equivalent tools.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
- Experience managing marketing assets and coordinating inputs from multiple stakeholders.
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of budgets, campaign performance and value delivery.
- Experience working across multiple markets or with international stakeholders would be advantageous.
- Additional language skills, particularly French, would be advantageous.

Working Environment
The organisation is a small, dynamic team operating in a fast-paced, intellectually stimulating and collaborative environment. The role offers significant variety and exposure across marketing, communications, consumer campaigns, digital activity, events and industry engagement.
The position is based in central London, with a hybrid working arrangement involving approximately two days per week in the office, subject to change.
