Job Description
Our client is a successful and ambitious boutique asset manager with an exciting opportunity for a London-based Marketing Manager to join the business and work closely with a Fractional CMO.
This is a broad, hands-on marketing role with a strong B2C bias, ideal for a marketer who understands how to engage retail investors and consumers through compelling content, digital channels, and targeted campaigns.
We are particularly interested in candidates with marketing experience gained within asset management, retail investment, wealth management, financial services, or fintech, where you have marketed products or services directly to consumers or retail investors.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and delivering high-impact B2C marketing campaigns targeting retail investors, alongside activity supporting intermediary audiences
- Creating engaging campaigns and content that make investment products and propositions clear, relevant, and compelling to retail audiences
- Refreshing and developing the firm's digital presence, including website, email, social media, and other digital channels
- Driving brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation through effective digital marketing and campaign activity
- Managing marketing content, messaging, and communications across digital and print channels
- Producing compelling marketing collateral, presentations, thought leadership, and other client-facing materials
- Working with internal and external stakeholders to deliver campaigns and marketing projects from concept through to execution
- Supporting the development of the firm's brand and ensuring a consistent customer experience across all touchpoints
- Using marketing technology, data, and analytics to improve campaign effectiveness and audience engagement
- Ensuring marketing activity and communications meet relevant financial services regulatory and compliance requirements
- Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, agencies, and other external partners

The successful candidate will be a commercial, digitally-minded, and hands-on marketer who enjoys working in an entrepreneurial environment and can take ownership of projects from idea through to delivery.
You will ideally have:
- Proven marketing experience within asset management, retail investment, wealth management, financial services, fintech, or another highly regulated consumer-facing environment
- Strong B2C marketing experience, with a track record of engaging consumers, retail investors, or customers
- Experience developing and executing integrated digital campaigns
- A strong understanding of digital marketing, content, and marketing technology
- Experience in using automation and AI to support marketing activity
