This is a broad, hands-on marketing role with a strong B2C bias, ideal for a marketer who understands how to engage retail investors and consumers through compelling content, digital channels, and targeted campaigns.

We are particularly interested in candidates with marketing experience gained within asset management, retail investment, wealth management, financial services, or fintech, where you have marketed products or services directly to consumers or retail investors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and delivering high-impact B2C marketing campaigns targeting retail investors, alongside activity supporting intermediary audiences
  • Creating engaging campaigns and content that make investment products and propositions clear, relevant, and compelling to retail audiences
  • Refreshing and developing the firm's digital presence, including website, email, social media, and other digital channels
  • Driving brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation through effective digital marketing and campaign activity
  • Managing marketing content, messaging, and communications across digital and print channels
  • Producing compelling marketing collateral, presentations, thought leadership, and other client-facing materials
  • Working with internal and external stakeholders to deliver campaigns and marketing projects from concept through to execution
  • Supporting the development of the firm's brand and ensuring a consistent customer experience across all touchpoints
  • Using marketing technology, data, and analytics to improve campaign effectiveness and audience engagement
  • Ensuring marketing activity and communications meet relevant financial services regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, agencies, and other external partners

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
