Job Title: Marketing Manager

Daily Rate: £368.00 - £409.00
Role Overview
The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the marketing strategy for the organisation, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. This position demands a proactive individual with a strong background in eCommerce marketing, who is adept at developing and executing effective marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the organisation's goals and target audience.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising.
- Analyse market trends and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximise ROI.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Oversee content creation and ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
- Stay abreast of industry developments and emerging trends to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role within the eCommerce sector.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
